Orders that have been delivered and accepted by the customer are non-refundable.

If you believe the order does not meet the specified requirements, kindly reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Lilypond maintains a lenient cancellation policy to assist customers whenever possible. Here are the key aspects of this policy:

  1. Cancellations are acceptable if requested within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated if the orders have been relayed to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  3. Special occasion products obtained by the Lilypond marketing team during events like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc., are limited occasion offers and, therefore, cannot be cancelled.

If you receive damaged or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items, please promptly report the issue to our Customer Service team. However, the request will be processed once the merchant has conducted their own check and verified the issue. It is essential to report such incidents within 1 day of receiving the products.

If you believe that the received product does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, kindly inform our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
